Jay-Z's excellent 4:44 tour continues, and while the rapper has given us several memorable moments like dubbing himself the "King Of Cleveland," or shouting out Kanye West, this one is the most heartfelt yet. During a performance in Oakland, California, the Jigga Man invited a special guest on stage, a woman by the name of Christina Cruz. Evidently, Cruz was a two time cancer survivor, and was holding up a sign that spoke of her accomplishment - "I Beat Cancer Twice, Selfie Or Hug?" The sign seemed to have touched Jay, who stopped the performance to single her out.

"Beat cancer twice, I gotta give you at least a hug," says Jay, after spotting Cruz in the crowd. He proceeds to invite her on stage, where the pair pose for a selfie and exchange a hug. "You beat cancer twice," says Jay, "you can do anything. In those dark times, you just remember to smile." Not only is Jay-Z a selfless individual, but his segue game is on point. After Cruz leaves, he dives into a rendition of 4:44 highlight "Smile."

Check out some video of the heartwarming incident below. It's cool to see Jay-Z continuing to spread the positive vibes on his tour; in fact, the legendary emcee previously mended fences with mentor-turned-enemy Jaz-O during a Chicago stop.
