Over the course of the last couple months, Maryland rapper Jay IDK has periodically released a song in advance of his upcoming album Empty Bank - "Trust Nobody," "Mentality," "Somebody," "Shit On My Rivals," and now "I Picture."
The "I Picture" cover art depicts Benjamin Franklin holding a noose rapped around the neck of Jay IDK, who sits on the hood of a vintage sports car. "[Benjamin Franklin is] a representation of what I feel like money is doing to people and at times," Jay told Pigeons and Planes. “The joys, the pain, the ups and downs, the fact that some people are starting to become slaves to it. It’s all about money.”
Empty Bank releases August 26. It is available for pre-order on iTunes.
