The re-trial of Bill Cosby's sexual assault case is still going strong and the latest victim to take the stand was famed supermodel Janice Dickinson. Page Six reports the court details where the 63-year-old explained how Bill Cosby gave her a “little round blue pill” 36 years ago before raping her.
In 1982 Janice flew out to Lake Tahoe to speak with Bill about plans to try and break into the music industry. Bill allegedly gave Janice pills to help with her menstrual cramps when they were having dinner with a group of people.
“I started to feel dizzy, woozy, out of it,” she testified. “Cosby said, ‘We’ll continue this conversation upstairs,’ and I followed him to his room.”
“He got on top of me. I was sitting on the edge of the bed. His robe opened, and he smelled like cigars, espresso and body odor,” she explained. “I couldn’t move. I was rendered motionless. I was immobile."
“I remember his breath, the taste of his kiss,” she said. “I remember, here was ‘America’s Dad’ on top of me, a happily married man on top of me with five children. I felt pain between my legs, vaginal pain. I passed out after he entered me. It was gross." Janice said the next day she “noticed semen between" her legs as well as "anal pain."
She later confronted Bill who pretended he didn't know what she was talking about.
“I remember this as clearly as I’m looking at you now,” she told the jurors. “I said, ‘Do you want to explain what happened last night? Because that wasn’t cool.’ He looked at me like I was crazy. I remember saying, ‘You’re married. How did this happen? Why did you do this?’ I wanted to hit him, I wanted to punch him in the face. I remember feeling anger.”
Prosecutor Stewart Ryan asked Janice why she didn't report the incident. “I had clients that would not appreciate the fact that I had been raped and gone to the police," she answered.
