It’s been a few years since Janet Jackson hit us with any new music. In fact, we’d have to go back to 2015’s Unbreakable album to hear the last thing she’s put out, but thankfully that drought ends here today. As promoted throughout the week, Janet decides to come through today and share her new single with Daddy Yankee “Made For Now.”

The vibrant, dancehall-inspired track arrives with a new video from director Dave Meyers, which finds the musicians dancing through party scenes from around the globe. It’s reported that Jackson and her longtime creative director Gil Duldulao selected the international dance crew, who hail from Ghana, Nigeria, Grenada, Trinidad and the United States. It’s also presumed this will serve as the first single from her forthcoming twelfth studio album, which is slated to arrive on her own Rhythm Nation Records imprint later this year.

Available now on iTunes, check out the new single & accompanying video and let us know what you think. Look for Janet to perform this song alongside featured guest Daddy Yankee Friday night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon as well. Set yours DVRs now.

Quotable Lyrics:

If you're livin' for the moment
Don't stop, and celebrate the feelin'
Go up, if you're livin' for the moment
Don't stop, 'cause I break those ceilings
Go up
