The singer's Las Vegas residency Metamorphosis was announced earlier this year. The latter was stated to peel "back the layers of the immensely private life of Janet Jackson, sharing her transformation from a young girl with issues of self-esteem to global Icon. The centerpiece of this all-new thought-provoking show will be Janet herself, captivating you through your senses with electrifying visuals, explosive dance numbers, chart-topping hits, and fan favorite deep cuts." Moreover, the tickets were scheduled to go on sale, beginning at $79, at the beginning of March.

Thus far, a total of 15 dates were reported for the show, but recent reports now indicate Ms. Jackson has decided to extend her Vegas stay. Accordingly, the dates will now be going well into August and the members of the singer's fan club will get first dibs on tickets for the additional tour dates. The pre-sale for the former will kick off Tuesday, May 14th at 10 AM Pacific time. The show is certain to be extraordinary as it will include several aspects of Jackson's discography along with a tribute to celebrate the 30th anniversary of her iconic album, Rythm Nation.
