Los Angeles R&B duo Jake&Papa are gearing up for the release of their Athena's Erotica 2.0 project, which touches down on July 22nd, but first they've unveiled a bonus track from the tape. "Basement Party" features a verse from fellow Angelino DUBB, who was very recently signed to Game's Blood Money imprint.
A little more low-key than its name might suggest, "Basement Party" is a dreamy take on the ratchet sound that's currently running Jake&Papa's city (and radio stations everywhere). The two crooners keep things smooth and seductive until DUBB comes through with some sex-crazed bars towards the song's end. All in all, a dope collaboration.
