Many rappers have claimed to have the ability to go "Beast Mode" (most recently, Future with his Zaytoven-produced mixtape of the same name), but can just anyone animorph on record, or is it simply the best of the best who can claim the title? Jaden Smith is the latest rapper to assume the status, sharing a 3-song suite he recorded with Taku Beats at 15 (which sounds farther back than it is, Smith is 16 now).
The material certainly finds him in a more conventional space, rapping competently on some soul production. What do you think, is Jaden a beast (or future beast) on the mic?
