Only several hours after dropping "Groundhog Day," Wale's response to J. Cole's second verse on "False Prophets," the D.C. rapper tweeted a video of himself and Jermaine hanging out at a basketball game. The ten second video shows both rappers in good friendly spirits, clearly laughing off any possible rumours of bad blood between them. The video begins with a shot of Wale, who then pans the camera to J. Cole sitting beside him. Cole is classically uncomfortable with social media, asking a dad-esque if whether or not Wale is videotaping a Snapchat. Wale laughs and exclaims, "we at the game, told you!"
No beef here, folks. Keep it moving. Let's hope they hit the studio after the game.
