Yesterday Iamsu! dropped a six track self-produced project entitled Boss Up Three. The project features guest appearances from 24Hrs, Show Banga, and fellow HBK rapper Skipper.
"Advancing On My Own" is one of the standout tracks on the tape. The flute laden beat is infectious and works well with Iamsu's ability to harmonize and rap along a track. The auto-tune on his voice also works well and isn't overdone. On the track Iamsu! raps about always moving forward and making strides on his own, and nothing will stop his grind or shine.
