The legendary Stan Lee has passed away at the age of 95, leaving behind a legacy like no other. Having become a pop culture icon through his very own Marvel Comics, Lee's creations helped inspire people from all walks of life. Not only that, but Stan Lee's myriad brainchildren ultimately paved the way for a massive media empire. And of course, the one and only Mr. Lee was there to make a cameo appearance in just about every Marvel movie to grace the screen. He even popped up in the recent PS4 Spider-Man game.

Though he may be gone, the life he lived was befitting of his massive imagination, with an impressive repertoire of adaptations beneath his belt. From The Avengers to Spider-Man, Black Panther to Daredevil, Luke Cage to Wolverine, Stan Lee's Marvel world left an impact on us all. Now, hip-hop stars and Marvel actors have taken to social media to pay their respects. RIP Stan Lee.
