Please don't stop the music.
Don't fuck with the music, bruh. After attempting to remove a student's headphones, Principal Matthew Tossman of Manhattan Early College School for Advertising was beaten to a pulp, according to Fox News.
Before physically attempting to remove the headphones, Tossman approached the student (named Luis Penzo, age 18) and asked him to turn down his blaring music. Only once the student refused did the principal attempt to use his hands to take Penzo's headphones off his head. At this point, Penzo allegedly began punching Principal Tossman in the face, pouncing on him, causing the administrator swelling and lacerations around both eyes.
The student has been arrested, and is being charged with second-degree assault, which is a felony. Principal Tossman has been released from the hospital, and has thus far refused to comment to the press about the incident.
