Hi-Tone is an up-an-coming rapper out of Covina, California. The heavily tatted rapper cut his teeth in the body art game, which has helped him to launch his career in music. 

While Hi has been performing for close to ten years, the rapper has just dropped his first commercial release on his new label, TFC Music Group. "All Down" is a collaboration with Toronto's Tory Lanez, whose smooth R&B vocals match perfectly with the west coast anthem.
