Tony C is a 21 year old rapper out of Northern California. His new track "Reminisce" is aptly titled, bringing a nostalgic feel that recalls some classic music from the region. With that being said, Tony is most definitely a fresh voice, bearing a bit of a resemblance to the wordy flows of TDE, but also bringing his own style into the mix.
