Halsey was yet another artist to show off their talents at the Billboard Music Awards last night, and the singer performed her chart-topping hit "Without Me." Halsey wore a red leotard for the emotional performance, where she was joined on stage by a female dancer where they acted out a contemporary/modern set filled with lots of emotion, suiting the song perfectly.
Halsey's performance was a switch from the video, which features a male lead and the dark turbulent happenings of their relationship. The performance was one that was loved by her fans, with lots of reactions coming from the Twitterverse.

"It kind of gave me like an existential crisis as an artist a little bit, because I’ve prided myself on being an artist who’s authentic and writes about her life and all that stuff. And then when I made this and I felt just how bad it hurt.”
