Back in the Internet spotlight, Halfy AKA Carlos Rodriguez the half-headed man has been arrested in Miami for arson and attempted murder. His mugshot is a sight to behold. According to NBC Miami, Rodriguez appeared in court Wednesday, but his lawyer asked to postpone the hearing, citing his client may have some "mental issues."
Halfy has been in the news before (that's the name he goes by, we didn't just make it up) back in 2010 after he was arrested for soliciting a prostitute. Understandably, his mugshot went viral back then too. Rodriguez then made an appearance in a Youtube video where he smokes a blunt and explains how he got caught in his current half-headed situation. It was drunk driving. People need to put this man's picture in PSA's. Check out Halfy's 2012 video below.
