Not everyone gets a Drake verse, especially for emerging artists. However, Drake developed a relationship with Lil Baby last year which led to the top 10 single, "Yes Indeed." While Drake did contribute to Drip Harder, Gunna and Turbo admitted that the song didn't really stick out to them especially in comparison to the project's lead single, "Drip Too Hard."
"We weren't even hyped about that song," Gunna said. "I know I wasn't."
Turbo agreed with what Gunna said, adding, "That was like, let's get it out."
"The song cool, but it wouldn't be my first song to pick," Gunna continued before he said "Drip Too Hard" was the "one."
