Gucci Mane and Reebok have teamed up for a collaborative sneaker that could be headed to retailers in the coming weeks. The Atlanta native recently confirmed that be the face of upcoming Reebok Classics campaigns and he has been spotted in Reebok Classics sneakers as of late, but that's not all that Gucci and Reebok are working on.

As seen on Gucci Mane's official instagram account, the "Guwop" Reebok DMX Run 10 features a predominately white design, highlighted by metallic silver detailing as well as fringe leather, gaudy metal lace tips and ice cream cone elements as a nod to his face tattoo. Additionally, the heel includes 1017 x Reebok branding.

As of now it's unclear if the "Guwop" ReebokDMX Run 10 will release but Sole Collector notes that they definitely won't be releasing on 10/17 as some expected. Furthermore, Sole Collector reports that "a source close to the project at Reebok, the sneakers pictured are samples and not even in production at this point."

Reebok has made a real effort to connect with the hip-hop community by way of sneaker collabs in recent years, including collabs with Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Curren$y, Teyana Taylor and Swizz Beatz, as well as several sneaker collabs with Kendrick Lamar and Cam'ron. If that trend is to continue, we would expect an official Gucci Mane x Reebok collab to release in the future - whether it's this recently unveiled DMX Run 10 remains to be seen.
