Production duo GTA, comprised of Julio Mejia and Matt Toth, are gearing up to release their self-titled debut album, Good Times Ahead, on October 7th. It's safe to say if you're not yet familiar with their name (or immediately/only think of Grand Theft Auto), that'll change very soon.
The DJ-ing duo call upon a few hip-hop and r'n'b artists through out Good Times Ahead, including Tinashe on this collaboration "All Caught Up." Tunji Ige appears on "Feel It," and Vince Staples on "Little Bit Of This," both songs previously leaked.
For Tinashe, GTA cooks up a beat that melds electronic vibes with r'n'b, including heavy synths and beeping noises, wavering from minimal to intense. Take a listen, and pre-order the upcoming GTA album on iTunes below.
