Giannis Antentokounmpo and his brother Thanasis have officially begun their mandatory military service in Greece, which is the standard protocol for any Greek citizen who permanently resides in another country.

The Antentokounmpo bros reportedly started their service today, July 13th, and will work at an armor training center. Because of their status as athletes in the United States, the duo likely won't serve the three-month term that is traditionally expected of Greek citizens.

So fear not Bucks fans, the Greek Freak should be back in time for all team workouts.
