Ghostface Killah has a couple of classics under his belt, his debut solo LP Ironman being one of them. Ghost has announced plans to give the album the reissue treatment though Get On Down, the same company responsible for Raekwon's cassette-tape remaster of Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, and GZA's deluxe chess set edition of Liquid Swords.
It seems Ghostface has actually one-upped the excessive box sets his Wu brothers dropped last year, as this edition of Iron Man will feature a plaque, a hardcover book, a jigsaw puzzle of the album’s cover and the record itself remastered on a 24k gold disc.
2000 copies of the Ironman “Premium Collection: Gold Edition” will be available later this month.
