Starting his career in DC, but now based in Brooklyn, G Two has been gaining some hype through the release of his Trillmatic project. He's now moving on to his next offering, Neo Noir, sharing a new record from the upcoming tape today.
"Timb$" is built off of a catchy wind chime-esque riff, reminding us of Lil Donald's "Juice". G Two's record is a little more reserved though, as the rapper uses his energy carefully, always remaining precise in his delivery. It allows him to glide over the hypnotic instrumental (courtesy of Casito), his catchy flows and rhythms rewarding on repeat listens.
