G Herbo's SXSW interview was mostly about basketball, specifically his chances in a 1-on-1 game against his childhood friend and current tourmate Lil Bibby. He digressed briefly to reveal some exciting information. He has big plans for 2016, visuals, records, and his long-awaited debut album.
"You can definitely expect an album in 2016," he said. "On the low, within a six month radius... maybe." He revealed that the album is entitled Humble Beast. Which is something of an oxymoron, but true to Herbo's character. He's a pretty down-to-earth dude, but he's so nice on the mic that sometimes he can't help himself.
Herbo, 20, ended 2015 on a high note, with the release of Ballin Like I'm Kobe. Previously he released Welcome to Fazoland and Pistol P Project. Stay tuned for more information about the release of Humble Beast.
