Last night, Kanye took over SNL. Next, it's Future's turn.

Saturday Night Live is loving hip-hop right now. Last night, Kanye shut down the SNL stage -- for the second time in two years -- by performing material off The Life of Pablo. Among those who graced the stage with him include Young Thug, Chance the Rapper, The-Dream, and Kirk Franklin. Today, it has been announced that another rap star will perform live at 30 Rock next month, and that man is Future Hendrix.

Future, who dropped off a surprise album, EVOL, earlier this month (and a surprise mixtape the month before that), will be SNL's musical guest on March 5. The show will be hosted by actor and comedian Jonah Hill. Looks like an excellent lineup.
