Future drops the video for "31 Days."
Future posted the following visual art project as the final draft of his "31 Days" music video. Footage of Future running errands around in the city is obscured in the background while a makeshift "Future" scare grow flaps its arms and head. The project constructed by Lonewolf for Future's Jimmy Fallon Performance on Sept. 11, 2018, looks to me like frugality. As if Future was looking to add incremental value to his commissioned work.
Throughout the video, a running countdown of "the days" depicts the scare grow trying to sustain its position as ravens scurry for "crops" overhead. Whether you like it or not, Future is realizing his potential as a mature artist. The decision to drop a visual arts project might raise a few eyebrows, but once you've shot the atypical rap video X amount of times, the impetus for change becomes hard to overlook.
