To promote his new single “No Shopping” & his upcoming MC4 album, French Montana made his way by the Hot 97 studios in NYC Wednesday morning to chop up with the gang from Ebro in The Morning.
Sitting down for a lengthy 30-minute discussion, the Coke Boy talked about his early days in the Bronx, Lil Yachty & wave new rappers, upcoming music, Max B’s mom, and more. He even talked about the Drake x Joe Budden situation, which he says he believes was brought upon solely by Joey and that Drake never mention Joe’s name in the studio while working on "No Shopping.".
“It’s just that name never came up when we were in the studio…Usually I would be like, ‘Yo, you really going at him?,’…I think Joe made it about him.” French says.
