Frank Ocean is proof that love is all you need - well, love for the Beatles that is.

On his radio show Blonded, which can be streamed on Apple Music’s Beats 1, Ocean revealed that The Beatles played a massive role in his recent writing and recording of music, explaining that it was listening to the British rock gods got him though some particularly difficult sessions while making his last two albums.

He credited their music as the x-factor that "single-handedly got him out of a song-writing dry spell. It's a fitting through line, seeing as Ocean has already paid homage to The Beatles, having sampled their classic song "Here, There and Everywhere" on his own track "White Ferrari."

Afterwards, he used the radio episode to debut the newest version of his song "Biking."
