Fortnite is possibly the most popular game in the world right now, behind Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V of course. The battle royale styled game has captivated gamers worldwide because of its easy pick-up-and-play format and addicting build and shoot gameplay. The relationship between hip-hop and Fortnite is ever growing, and the game has received co-signs from both Drake and Logic, amongst other famous rappers. Now, the relationship between the video game and hip-hop is only growing stronger.

BlocBoy JB's "shoot" dance is currently a phenomenon, with almost everyone attempting to pull the hop and pump dance move off in some form. One social media user discerned that Fortnite's dance emote called "Hype" is an exact rendition of the "shoot" dance. Whether developer Epic Games knew that BlocBoy JB made the dance, or whether they were just following the viral trend of people doing the dance online, is yet to be discovered. Still, they gave the Memphis, Tennesse rapper the biggest nod by putting his dance in the game. That's a W in our book.

In other news, BlocBoy JB has released the tracklist for his upcoming SIMI album, which features Drake, 21 Savage, YG, Lil Pump, and fellow Memphis representative Moneybagg Yo.
