Ciara's got a modest hit on her hands with the Future-skewering ballad, "I Bet," but unfortunately it won't be enough to translate to an impressive sales week. HDD reports that CiCi is looking to move 19-22,000 copies (21-24k with streams) of her new album, Jackie, this week.
With that being said, the album could easily be a slow builder, packed with collaborations with certified hitmakers Polow Da Don, Dr. Luke, and Harmony Samuels.
The singer's self-titled album brought in 59,000 copies in 2013, so this will be a considerable step down, but much of the industry is seeing a similar handicap. Stay tuned for the final sales numbers later this week.
