Big Sean and Juicy J both released two big albums this past Tuesday, but it looks like both album sales maybe short of expectations.

According to early projections from HDD, Big Sean's new Hall Of Fame album is projected to sell only about 75-85k units this first week. Whereas, Juicy J's new album, Stay Trippy, is looking at moving about 60-65k units. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper struggled with getting a single to blow up, and even though "Beware" is doing pretty well, the campaign was affected in their first week album sales. Sean's numbers look to be similar to his debut album Finally Famous, which moved 87k units.

We'll keep you updated when the officials numbers come in next week. Make sure to cop the albums.

Side thought: Do you think first week album sales are important?

[Update: Final Numbers Revealed]

The final sales numbers for Big Sean and Juicy J's new albums. The numbers are pretty close to the original projections, with Sean taking the #3 spot with 72k and Juicy grabbing #4 with 64k.

Congratulations to both artists on their top 5 placements!
