Last month, Fat Joe announced that he would be releasing a a joint album with his old Terror Squad partner-in-crime Remy Ma. In an interview on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN's 'Drink Champs' podcast, Joe discussed the album and revealed that it would be called Platas o Plomo. Money or bullets. In other words, if you don't take this bribe... consider your ass capped.
Joe told N.O.R.E. and EFN that Remy's husband Papoose was a mainstay during the album's studio sessions in Miami and New York. Papoose gave the album his blessing.
“He was like, ‘Yo I’ve been in here with you two days, the shit you bring out of her.'" Joe said. "'The shit y’all niggas get from each other, I get it. Y’all gotta be with each other. The chemistry’s crazy.'"
Platas o Plomo is expected to drop later in 2016. The first single will be “All the Way Up,” featuring French Montana... stay tuned y'all,
