Chris Brown can't seem to get out of the news lately. TMZ reports that Chris Brown is being accused of stealing a fan's iPhone. According to a rep for the Miami Police Department, a police report was filed Sunday for "robbery by snatching."
Supposedly what went down is that, a 24-year-old girl, Christal Spann, followed Brown and Tyga as they left Cameo nightclub early in the morning, and snapped a shot of Breezy getting into his Bentley with her iPhone. Christal told the cops that when Brown saw she had snapped a pic with her cellphone, he grabbed the phone and said to her, "Bitch, you ain't going to put that on no website." The police reports indicate that he then rolled up the window and proceeded to drive away with the girl's iPhone in hand.
A rep for the Miami Police say that no arrests have been made and no warrants have been put out, they are still investigating the situation. However Chris Brown is still on probation for assaulting Rihanna so if he is arrested it's not good news for him.
