"Fake Klay Thompson" Takes The Internet By Storm

Last night during the Rockets vs Warriors TNT broadcast, the sports world was introduced to a man who describes himself as Klay Thompson's "spirit animal," or as #NBATwitter quickly dubbed him, "Fake Klay." 

As it turns out, Fake Klay is an impersonator played by YouTube personality BigDawsTv and he was in attendence for Game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals, but his real coming out party was last night.

Fake Klay was seated directly behind the Warriors bench last night and got plenty of on-screen time throughout TNT's broadcast, which was all #NBATwitter needed to turn the Klay Thompson look-a-like into a viral sensation.
