Evidence of Dilated Peoples has just released a new music video for his song "The Factory" from the album Weather or Not, which released in January of this year. The video is a colourful collage of all sorts of different clips: from ads to TV clips to what look like personal videos. What they all have in common is the grainy VCR vibe that they all give off, reminiscent of the 80s and 90s. The way the clips are assembled is similar to the quick build-up of images in a rap song; they could almost be a window into Evidence's mind or, as he calls it, his "factory."
Evidence is keeping the momentum of his January album release going with the Weather or Not European tour, which begins this August in Germany. The details are below:
