Fox Sports 1 has been poaching ESPN talent like Skip Bayless, Colin Cowherd and Chris Broussard in an effort to overthrow the mothership and win the ratings war that they've tried to create.

Unfortunately, despite Fox Sports 1's recent tweets suggesting otherwise, they're far from their goal of taking down ESPN.

However, it appears they've definitely gotten in the heads of ESPN who recently responded to a tweet with a link to an article outlining how ESPN is still beating FS1 by a ratio of 5:1.

Additionally, ESPN notes in the article that Skip Bayless' new show "Undisputed" still hasn't posted better numbers that the show he used to co-host, "First Take."
