After allegations of sexual harassment surfaced in the wake of L.A. Reid's departure from Sony's Epic Records, the legal fallout continues to extend. Billboard reports that their source claims several Epic execs were fully aware of Reid's behavior, making them complicit in a cover-up. The accuser claims that she had complained to her direct supervisor about Reid's behavior, but the supervisor provided nothing in the way of support or guidance. Upon complaining to another high ranking Epic exec, she received the following response:
"Before you say anything more, think about what that means for you. Just think about what it means."
As of now, Sony has declined to comment on the accusations.
