The Tesla CEO goes back on his word.
After initially denying it ever happened, Elon Musk has finally admitted that Azealia Banks did in fact visit his home, per Grimes' request. Azealia made the visit newsworthy by announcing that she'd been inside Elon's home, in an Instagram Story in which she wrote:
"Literally been sitting at Elon Musks house alone for days waiting for @grimes to show up and start these sessions.
I have no idea when she is coming back.
I’m going to wait one more day then I’m going to go home."
The Tesla CEO, who's been dating Grimes for some time now, quickly refuted the claims that Azealia had ever been on his property. Banks claims to have seen a "red-faced" Elon Musk passing by the kitchen window momentarily, but until now he and his reps spoke nothing of it. According to the New York Times, Elon Musk has readjusted his stance on the issue:
"I saw her on Friday morning, for two seconds at about a 30-foot distance as she was leaving the house. I’d just finished working out. She was not within hearing range. I didn’t even realize who it was. That’s literally the only time I’ve ever laid eyes on her."
Call it case of mistaken identity, or was Elon Musk flat-out "under the influence" as we've come to know him.
