Toronto singer Ebhoni shows out in a solo dance routine for her "Killing Roses" video.
Ebhoni's stuttering electro-R&B single "Killing Roses" leaves a lot of room for an inventive dance routine, and the Toronto singer's video takes full advantage of the many overlapping rhythms of the futuristic record. Anyone who remember's Cassie's iconic video for "Me & U" will find something to like in Ebhoni's solo dance visual, which pays tribute to the now-ten-year-old (?!) video, while injecting it with new energy, complete with stylish shots and unique choreography from the 17-year-old singer.
The video was premiered by Rookie Mag, who also sat down with Ebhoni for an interview in Toronto's Kensington Market neighborhood. Read the whole conversation here.
Ebhoni's debut EP Mood Ring is expected to be released in March.
