Patience is a virtue, and if you're anticipating finding out the Pitchfork Music Festival lineup, it is a virtue you'll need to possess. Slowly but surely, the publication has been revealing the lineup to their upcoming festival, and while it's not entirely stacked with hip-hop performers, there are a few notable names in the ranks. Earl Sweatshirt will be gracing the stage, as will DRAM, Smino, and Kweku Collins. Keep in mind, the lineup is not yet complete; the remaining acts are set to be released next week. Therefore, it wouldn't be surprising to see a few more key players added to the mix.

As of now, the complete lineup looks something like this. On Friday, we're looking at Tame Impala, Courtney Barnett, Mount Kimbie, Big Thief, Earl Sweatshirt, Syd, Julien Baker, Julie Byrne, Joshua Abrams & Natural Information Society, Lucy Dacus, Melkbelly. On Saturday, we've got The War on Drugs, Raphael Saadiq, This Is Not This Heat, Moses Sumney, Kelela, Girlpool, Zola Jesus, & berhana. On Sunday, Chaka Khan, DRAM, Japandroids (Sandy) Alex G, Smino, Kelly Lee Owens, Ravyn Lenae, Kweku Collins, Irreversible Entanglements and more. Remember more are coming, and Pitchfork seems likely to add a prominent hip-hop headliner.

The Festival is scheduled to take place on Friday July 20th, concluding on Sunday, July 22nd. If you're interested, the event is going down at Union Park in Chicago, and tickets can be purchased here.
