Drake's new digs look mighty impressive.
Talk about "Too Good" - Drake's new mansion sounds like it's exactly that.
It's been reported previously that Drake bought a two-acre property in Toronto for $6.7 million and has since torn the old house down. The plans for his new mansion have been released and, if built to his specifications, will be absolutely incredible.
Drake’s house would have 35,000 square feet of living space, as overseen by the designer Ferris Rafauli, who was behind the Sher Club, Drake’s members-only retreat at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
The first floor will include a foyer with a two-story atrium, a kitchen, an elevator and a snack lounge - an entire room dedicated to the nutritional needs of Drizzy and any other guests. It will also have a great room (which would be Drake’s primary entertaining space), a driveway and 10-car garage, and an awards room.
Upstairs, the master bedroom will measure 941 square feet and have an ensuite bathroom. There will also be terraces, a guest wing and dressing rooms. The lower level includes a spa complete with a giant tub and two saunas, a jersey museum, mystery chambers, a lounge, a basketball court, as well as a pool and hot tub.
