Drake is the one who said it, "I swear sports and music are so synonymous", and he continues to prove just that with cross-over content on records like "Draft Day", not to mention working with NBA's Toronto Raptors. Today the cross-over between sports and music continues as the Toronto native took to Twitter to announce he'd be hosting ESPN's annual ESPY awards.
The ESPYs go down this year on July 16th, and this counts at the 22nd annual event. Along with the announcement Drizzy released some artwork for the ESPYs inspired by his album artwork for Nothing Was The Same, which you can take a look at above.
In other awards show news, Drizzy is up for five nominations at the Billboard Music Awards this year.
