It was only a matter of time before one of Drake's projects spent 300 weeks on the Billboard 200 Chart but alas, a winner has been crowned. Take Care has officially landed Drake in a special zone, joining Kendrick Lamar and Eminem as some of the only rappers to have spent over 300 weeks on the Billboard albums chart. Kendrick reached that milestone in the summer with good kid m.A.A.d city and it didn't take too long for Drizzy to follow suit. Eminem holds three albums on the list with Recovery, The Eminem Show, and Curtain Call.
This is a huge milestone for the artist as only 23 albums are in the exclusive club. Take Care was released in 2011, marking seven years since it was initially introduced to us. What would follow has become one of the biggest success stories in music as Drake has run the industry for years. He'll likely be seeing a few more of his albums hit the 300-week mark before the end of his career.
