After much anticipation, Dragon Ball Heroes has finally arrived. After Dragon Ball Super ended earlier this year, fans of the anime were unsure when they would be blessed with more episodes of their favorite characters. Luckily, the popular video game and trading card series Dragon Ball Heroes was transformed into a mini-series, giving fans of the franchise something new to obsess over.

The first episode of Dragon Ball Heroes has hit the web. Entitled “Goku vs. Goku! A Transcendent Battle Begins on the Prison Planet!,” the pilot episode introduces fans to several new characters. The main antagonist Fu has been introduced as a creature from the Demon Realm the confines Future Trunks on his interdimensional "Prison Planet." The Prison Planet is actually seven planets linked together to form the superjail, and Goku is tasked with rescuing his friend. Kanba, an evil Saiyan, is also introduced.

Goku is forced to battle himself, or a version of himself from another timeline, once he gets to the Prison Planet. The main Goku transforms into his Super Saiyan Blue form while Goku #2 (Goku Xeno) goes Super Saiyan 4. Watching Goku from the main timeline battle the Goku from Dragon Ball GT is just as entertaining as you would think. Check out the entire episode below.
