Anderson .Paak's Oxnard is all set to drop on November 16th, with guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Pusha T, Q-Tip, Dr. Dre and more. Seeing as the Aftermath artist's album is mere weeks away, it's likely that Anderson thought he was in the clear, free to catch up on lost slumber. Yet Dr. Dre's perfectionist reputation runs deep, by .Paak's own admission. It would appear that Dre has once again issued the .Paak symbol across the skyline, summoning his young collaborator to the studio for some last minute adjustments.

.Paak took a moment to make light of the situation, taking to Instagram to post a homemade meme. "When you thought you was done wt the album but Dre tells you to slide thru real quick!!" he writes, alongside an amusing video. It's likely that Dre is simply looking for overdubs, though we can only speculate on the nature of his desire. Still, it's great to see Dr. Dre once again immersing himself into a project, and his involvement may very well be enough to make Oxnard one of the year's most memorable drops.
