When you come in at #2 on Forbes top Hip Hop earners list at $550 million dollars, you can pretty much purchase any home you like. And that’s what Dr. Dre just did, as he and his wife just purchased Tom Brady’s multi-million dollar mansion in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, listed their home for $50 million dollars after it was just done being built, and after receiving several offers from different buyers, the power couple decided to accept Dr. Dre’s $40 million dollar offer. That’s $10 million short of what Tom and Gisele originally wanted, but I bet they’re not losing out on this, rather just not profiting as much as they would’ve liked.

Additionally, Tom and Gisele reportedly offered to provide the home fully-furnished, but Dr. Dre chose not to accept that option.

The 18,700 square foot mansion features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a six-car garage, a gym, pool, and wine cellar.

Dr. Dre also recently expressed interest in purchasing the Los Angeles Clippers following the controversy surrounding the teams' owner Donald Sterling. With Dre's bank account, there's no limit to what he can buy.

Check out pics of the house in the slideshow below, as well as in the gallery above.
