Robert Kraft's faced a lot of heat today after police accused him of soliciting sex acts at a day spa. The accusations come weeks after the Patriots won the Super Bowl for the sixth time under Kraft's ownership. Kraft was charged with two acts of soliciting another to commit prostitution. His arrest fielded an array of reactions from NFL players and fans. However, his arrest has warranted a reaction from President Donald Trump who said the charges as "very sad."

It's nothing new that Kraft and Trump have a pretty tight relationship. The President was asked about the allegations made against Kraft. "Well it’s very sad, I was very surprised to see it,” he said. "He's proclaimed his innocence totally, but I'm very surprised to see it," he added.

Kraft's charges are related to "two different visits" to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, FL. Kraft has not been arrested. Police said there's video footage of Kraft getting driven to the spa and receiving "paid acts" in a room at the spa. Kraft is among 20 other people who've been charged in connection to the sting operation that's been going on for months. Sources said that Kraft isn't "the biggest name involved" with this case.

"We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further," the spokesperson said.
