Dave East solidified a successful 2015 with his mixtape. He's started out 2016 aggressively, dropping practically a new track every week as he continues his campaign to claim the vacant New York crown. Friday morning, yet another East track by the name of "Got Some Work" has found its way onto the internet.
Synthetic horns, shimmering bells, and ruthless 808s shape the "Got Some Work" aesthetic. Assisting East is JR Writer, the former Dipset emcee reborn as Zeus following his release from jail in December. DJ OP lends his name to the the track, making this one a true Harlem posse cut.
