DITC have quietly returned with a new weekly series, gearing up for a compilation album set to drop later this year. Today, we get a new record from OC, who rides a beat from Duck Dodger that sticks with the sound the collective has been known to favor. He preaches the important of good health over everything, giving some very specific advice about how you should be treating your body, including what you should be eating -- after all, "without your health, you can't attain no wealth".
