Desus & Mero's departure from Viceland left a huge gap in late-night television. Sure, Fallon and Kimmel are cool, but who's really going to give us the commentary we truly need about pressing subjects? Thankfully, the Bronx duo will be making their triumphant return in February for Showtime's first ever late-night television program. Showtime has now blessed fans with a first look at the show with a brand-new promo trailer.

Before Desus & Mero bless us with spicy takes on the latest in news and entertainment, Showtime has shared a promo trailer for their upcoming television. The duo is seen going chair shopping for new chairs, debating whether they're a good fit for the set. "Can you fit you butt-cheek on it?" Desus asks Mero. "Yeah, nah. That's entering my anal canal," Mero replies.

Elsewhere in the promo, the two discuss possible guests for the series when Mero suggests they go outside of the box and get Kim Kardashian's unborn child as the first guest.

"First guest: Kim's new baby in utero interview," Mero said. "Who's doing that in late night?! Nobody!!"

With Desus & Mero set to launch their new Showtime program on Feb. 21st, Viceland recently revealed how they'll be filling in the slot that previously belonged to the Bodega Boys. Viceland announced they'll be revamping their primetime line-up with a new two-hour variety show which is set to include a panel of four hosts including rapper Fat Tony, comedian/actress Marie Faustin, comedian/director Sandy Honig, and writer Zack Fox.
