While Rihanna's "Work" hasn't shown any signs of moving from the number one spot on the Hot 100 over the past 9 weeks, big things are happening just south of its perch. Desiigner's "Panda" has miraculously moved from number 5 to number 2 this week, making it Rihanna's biggest threat.
Meanwhile, Drake's "One Dance" has climbed from 21 to 13, but he's still got a ways to go if he's looking to catch Desiigner. Drake has yet to earn a number one on the Hot 100 as a solo artist, which means Desiigner could potentially beat him to that milestone. Now would be a good time to finally drop that video.
With all that being said, Drake's album is coming within the next couple of weeks, so there should be a wave of new material for the OVO rapper to chart with. Think he'll finally catch that number one this year?
