Denzel Curry's Imperial is still one of the best projects of the 2016. Monday morning, Curry revisited Imperial by releasing a new video for "Zenith," the project's penultimate track featuring Joey Bada$$.
Shot in black and white, the JMP-directed video finds Denzel and Joey held in adjacent rooms, seemingly against their will. They do not know that their rooms are adjacent and the communicate by rapping back and forth via webcam. They realize the rooms are adjacent when an enraged Denzel hurls a chair and it somehow ends up in the Joey's room. And then they make their escape, dazed and unscathed.
Denzel will officially release Imperial with two new songs on all digital retail platforms this Friday.
